im 13 years old.. 5’4 and a half feet, and 116 pounds. i don’t think that’s normal for someone my age so i want to know specifically how i can lose weight and become fit. all of my friends are extreme dancers so they are all very skinny and fit. the other day i went for a run with one of them and i was like 12 feet behind her the whole time and i got tired and got side stitches and she didnt. everytime i look at myself in the mirror im ashamed. how can i be thin and fit?

Hi, im a 13 year old girl , i’m 5 feet and i weigh 107 pounds. I’m not skinny, but im not that fat either, but i really wannna lose 5 or 10 pounds. I eat relatively healthy, and a little junk food in moderation. I have no idea what the right way to exercise is. I want a detailed plan that will help me lose weight.
What are some good exercises to tone your calfs, stomach, and arms?
How do lose love handles?
How often should i exercise adn for how long?

Hi, I am a 16 year old boy. I weigh 220 pounds and I am 5’10. I am not huge but i am pudgy and people always tell me I don’t look 220 and that "I hide my weight well. Well anyways, I need help because I would really like to look good this year. So can anyone please give me some advice on what to eat. I can’t exercise because I work after school and on my day off I usually forget to exercise but can you please give me good eating tips! And stuff that fills you up fast that are healthy for you! I’m 5’0-ish, 15, and I think I weigh about 114. A few weeks go I weighed like 111, and even though I consume 500 calories less than I burn, I STILL don’t lose weight. I even GAIN weight. And my mom refuses to let me get a thyroid test, because she says Its unlikely I have it because I’m so young. She has hypothyroidism, and im not sure if it’s genetic or not. But I measured my BMi and it’s says mine is 21.2, which is healthy, yet u feel SOO fat. Like anytime I look in a mirror I almost burst out crying because I’m so self conscious. Will someone tell me precisely what to do to lose weight? In case I’m not doing it?

Hey im 15…..im 5’6" and i currently weigh 129, i wanna weigh around 117 ….anything lower than 120 lbs….i play soccer but the season is over and im gaining weight! I need help! I wanna lose like 15 pounds in a short period of time! Are there any cheap pills that are SAFE or programs i could do? Any diets that wont kill me? I already go running and im gonna start goin to the gym tomorrow cuz its free over the summer….HELP PLEASE! Dont say im normal weight cuz i know i am…i need to be in shape for soccer and my jeans arent fitting anymore :/

I am 13 and I weigh 190 lbs. I really want to lose weight and I think I have all the right tools:
*Healthy food
*Good shoes
*2 biggest loser workout dvds
*food journal
But i just cant seemed to stay you know, motivated. I have gotten so used to being unhealthy that it is hard to change. I do my diet for one day and then I think well this is a waste ill only lose about 3 lbs by the end of the week which seems like FOREVER!!! Please give me advice and tell me how much weight have you lost? How did you stay motivated? Or just tell me how to stay motivated and be happy thorought my "lifestyle change"

im 15 years old, 5’3", and 157 pounds. in february im going on vacation with my cousin (same age, same height, and 115 pounds). i will never look exactly like her, but i cant help but compare myself to her ALOT.
even the fact that im going on vacation doesnt get me down to the gym. because i cant eat healthy 100% of the time. i eat a healthy breakfast and lunch most of hte time. and my mom cooks decent dinners. but its usually an afternoon snack that kills me.
how can i lose this weight? i dont expect to look like anything magnificent for florida with only 2 months to lose weight, but how can i lose 15-20 pounds at least?
unfortunately. i know im supposed to love who i am, but i cant. theres nothing to love about a fat girl

I’m 15. I’ve lost a lot of weight the past two years. I don’t have a diet plan, though. I need one. Because I’ll do anything not to gain the lost amount of weight back. I was like, 200 something pounds at age 13!!! Now I’m like, 100 something. Seriously, you wouldn’t want to go back neither.
Any diet plan ideas? I’m poor, so I’d like to have a diet plan containing veggies and fruits since they’re cheaper. I’m trying to go Vegetarian so let’s skip the meats. –And please, if you have any tips to stay away from the meats, please tell me!—
And I’m in the ROTC program at school, and I love it. But we only excersise once a week! It does nothing. Any excersising tips you people have?

Okay, well I just need help. It’s Summer and I wanted to lose a little weight before school started! Its almost the beginning of July, and I have til mid-August…I know I wont see anything fast, but I want to make sure Im on track. I have a free gym at my apartment, i just want to know what i should do as in exercise machines and what not? and also, my diet is poor. I don’t have very big choices on HEALTHY things to eat… how can you lose weight with a poor diet like this?! Pleasseee help! :/

ok so i’m 14 and i’m going to be a freshman. i’m 5’3" or 5’4" and i weigh 125 lbs. i have quite a bit of muscle in my legs and in my stomach it’s just that im still really really chubby. i don’t eat a ton of junk food because my parents don’t buy any but i do eat a lot of it when i go to friends houses( but i still don’t eat as healthy as i should). i don’t drink pop and i play volleyball softball and basketball so i try getting as much activity as i can. i really don’t know what to do and how to lose weight off my stomach, hip, and thighs. i really need some help. and every time i start to lose weight i just gain it back and i don’t know what im doing wrong. i’ve been trying to exercise and trying to replace my fat with muscle but it doesn’t seem to work. if you have any tips or anything please help.
