    Most importantly you need to quit the soda if you want to tone your body. Or at least all soda with high fructose corn syrup. Read the ingredient labels and make sure that this ingredient is not in ANYTHING you are eating. The easier way to do this is just buy usda organic foods. None of those foods are going to have antibiotics or fake sugar in them. After you rearrange your diet you need to start doing 30 minutes of cardio exercise followed by 20 minutes of strength training exercise per day. The cardio will burn off any fat and the strength will help tone your body. If you do not know cardio or strength training exercises, look them up on google, or get an exercise book from your library. Jillian Michaels is an ass kicker!!

    Push-Ups – One minute

    Sit-Ups- One minute

    Squats/Calf Raises- Two minutes. Do one squat, then go up on your toes for one calf raise.

    Triceps Dips- 30-45 seconds. Your triceps are usually not as strong as your biceps so you may get tired faster.

    Leg Lifts- 30-45 seconds

    try this for 2 weeks
