Acne ?

I don’t have a ton, but I do have a few spots. The thing is I think I may be allergic to most acne products. Proactive, neutrogina, they all turn my face really red and itchy. Is there a different way to get rid of these spots, because they are not going away.

    Get a very gentle cleansing agent and wash twice daily…remember to drink a lot of water and keep your hands away from your face. You would be amazed how often we touch our faces without knowing. Your skin sounds sensitive so go for a cleanser like…Phisoderm comes to mind.

    Medications make acne red and itchy before it gets better. That’s normal, but it sounds like you would be better of using natural cures. Here’s a link that might help you out. If not, there are books under the "resources" section that go way more in-depth.
