Teen weight loss question?

Hi, im a 13 year old girl , i’m 5 feet and i weigh 107 pounds. I’m not skinny, but im not that fat either, but i really wannna lose 5 or 10 pounds. I eat relatively healthy, and a little junk food in moderation. I have no idea what the right way to exercise is. I want a detailed plan that will help me lose weight.

What are some good exercises to tone your calfs, stomach, and arms?
How do lose love handles?
How often should i exercise adn for how long?

    at 13 you shouldnt exercise for too long. Id say 10-20mins couple days a week max.

    Toning your calves is as easy as going up and down on your toes as many times as you can.

    Toning your stomach is pretty simple. Just do different types of sit ups.

    For your arms get a light dumbell and do bicep and tricep curls. You could also stand against a wall holding the dumbell straight out in front of you for as long as possible.

    Doing excerises in pyramid way also helps move progress along faster. All you do is do 1 rep, break 30 seconds, 2 reps, break, 3 reps, break, then count as high as you feel comfortable and then count back down so 3 reps, break, 2 reps, break, 1 rep, done.

    Most import thing is eating healthy.

    At 13 please don’t worry about your weight. As you say you eat healthy so continue and cut out any junk food.

    Its unhealthy to think like this at your age.
    But exercise is always a bonus so try swimming or jogging. keeps you healthy and tones you up

    Honey, first off, you’re really young to even try to lose weight.
    Second. I’m 18, 5 feet and the same exact weight… you are completely fine, if not a little close to being underweight. When I gained a few pounds and got to 112lbs my doctor actually told me that’s better and im at normal weight.

    YOU ARE FINE. if you were anywhere below 100 i’d say that’s bad.

    but it’s always good to stay healthy, so i’d say just do some cardio (running, eliptical, etc) then like 25 crunches, and just some dumbbells with your arms. You wanna work out for around 30-60 minutes every other day (cause youre really young). Or switch up and do 30 min cardio every other day… then the other days do the weights/ crunches.

    Please, please, please, do not worry about your WEIGHT esp. when you are 13 and only 107lbs. I am a p.e. teacher and I actually have a class of coed 13-14 year old athletes. Exercise is always great. Exercise to be healthy not because you are worried about weight and remember if you work out and build muscle you may actually gain weight but since its muscle its very healthy. It is good to mix cardio exercises and strength training. If you are not training competitively then alternating from run to walk is a very simple exercise, vary the amount of time based on your fitness level. Im sure if you have a p.e. teacher they will have some simple strength training exercises to meet your requests. But most importantly do not worry about weight and eat breakfast EVERY DAY.

    well first im going to start with your love handle problem. what i will tell u is going to shock you. you cant spot reduce fat. its the truth. NONE of that stuff u find on youtube or online will get rid of those love handles. most people cant lose it. yes you can it has to do with your hormones. one in particular is called insulin and so is your blood sugar level.im going to help you get rid of these a few supplements, no not those Shi**y ones you find online im talking about real safe ones. and a few things you can remove from your diet. The first thing is apple cider vinegar raw unfiltered the real stuff. this will help control blood sugar insulin and help controll your carbs better. this is supplement #2 the only pill i recommend and no im nbot trying to push pills on you. its called…..FISH OIL.. yeah baby omega 3s does all types of good stuff to you. CAUTOIN WITH THOSE BURPS. 3rd is called cinnamon the real cinnamon not the supermarket crap, 4th is green tea the best thing in the world no doubt increase your metabolism. im talking about reall loose leaf teabag stuff. no sugar in it. drink 3 cups a day. next im done with the supplements now for these dietary recommendations. get rid of all sugars i mean ALL only natural stuff like fruits. but get rid of bread pasta rice sugar i dont care its gone take the stuff outta your house its gone itll bring those love handles right back there.. next. how to excercise and how long welll excercise 5 times a week you need atleast 5 hours of physical activity a week. and make sure its intense example of my work out

    no rest 3 sets of 20 reps after each set rest 1 min and go at it again
    YOUR WORK OUTS MUST BE INTENSE. also do sprints no jogging if u wanna do cardio but strength training should be your main. without muscle u cant lose weight.
    after your work out get alteast 25g of protein. note this was just an example.
    and cut your junk food no junk food
    rest 8 -10 hours
    eat a CRAP load of green veggies.
    and well thats all i gotta say! if u want routines look up omar isuf on youtube and check out his work out videos.

    you have to do cardio to tone legs, stomach and love handles, arms you should lift weights, i do taebo and it really helps alot
