How do I import files from my cellphone to computer?

Yes, I have tried the USB data cable, but no window pops up. I tried ‘My Computer’ but no file icon pops up. How do I transfer files from my cellphone to my computer?

    You may have to go through the menu on your phone and find a "USB Mode" or something like that and turn it on so that the phone knows to send out a signal to the computer.

    when you buy your phone there is is a cable to connect them together it is called a usb cable

    reset your phone or computer and try again

    most phones have an option in the settings area of the phone were it says connection and you can change it
