Teen weight loss?! Please help!?

Hey im 15…..im 5’6" and i currently weigh 129, i wanna weigh around 117 ….anything lower than 120 lbs….i play soccer but the season is over and im gaining weight! I need help! I wanna lose like 15 pounds in a short period of time! Are there any cheap pills that are SAFE or programs i could do? Any diets that wont kill me? I already go running and im gonna start goin to the gym tomorrow cuz its free over the summer….HELP PLEASE! Dont say im normal weight cuz i know i am…i need to be in shape for soccer and my jeans arent fitting anymore :/

    The best way to lose weight is doing cardiology exercises, run for 1-2 hours everyday. As for dieting, do not eat anything prepackaged as it is loaded with fats. Eat all of your meals fresh, as in fresh chicken or salmon you buy at a grocery store. Nothing fried or frozen. No junk food, drink lots of water 8-10 glasses a day. Don’t eat after 7pm as you gain more weight overnight because your body takes slower time to digest the food after 7pm. Don’t do a lot of muscle building as that will actually make you look and become larger.

    117 pounds is kind of unhealthy and underweight for someone 5’6". I think you’re actually pretty good as you are.

    if you already are running and going to the gym, you probably have to amp up the intensity.
    1 practice short sprints and long distance runs
    2 core exercises
    3 don’t eat less than 1000 calories \
    4 make sure it’s healthy
    5 most importantly, be patient because there will be results within 2-3 days

    you can lose 15 lb a month and a half by doing that

    hahah im 15 and i play soccer too. idk dude shouldn’t you be working out during off-season anyway? maybe join a club team or like your city’s soccer team? or just eat healthy and work out? i think you know the answer to your own question actually its kind of obvious.

    Cut down on sugar, exercise quite a bit every day, and cut down on carbohydrates such as bread, pasta and other things of that nature. Just be careful about what you eat day to day and try hard to remember to exercise for at least 15 minutes per day. Stay motivated.

    Take multi vitamins, make sure to eat every four hours to avoid slowing down your metabolism, drink lots of water and less pop, eat less fatty and salty foods, try to exercise at least a little in the morning so your metabolism will be higher through out the day, and do not eat three hours before bed time because when yew go to sleep your metabolism goes way down so most of those calories would turn to fat.
