Teen Weight Loss Help?

I am 13 and I weigh 190 lbs. I really want to lose weight and I think I have all the right tools:
*Healthy food
*Good shoes
*2 biggest loser workout dvds
*food journal

But i just cant seemed to stay you know, motivated. I have gotten so used to being unhealthy that it is hard to change. I do my diet for one day and then I think well this is a waste ill only lose about 3 lbs by the end of the week which seems like FOREVER!!! Please give me advice and tell me how much weight have you lost? How did you stay motivated? Or just tell me how to stay motivated and be happy thorought my "lifestyle change"

    It’s easier to stay on the diet if you remove the other foods from your home… Working out is not a hard thing to do. If you have a dog, take it for a walk. Take stairs instead of riding an elevator (unless it’s a really high floor), you could even try randomly dancing to music everyday. Cut pop out of your diet (if it’s in your diet). The sugars really kill all effort to lose weight. Focus on the body you want and see it as a goal you really want. If you want it bad enough, you’ll be motivated enough.

    3 lbs a week, 52 weeks a year, 156 lbs in a year (which is too much anyway). Drink only water (how about a deal:once a week something else) trust me it works. I can’t say I’ve had to loose weight, but… how about u buy a pack of snickers (for example) and every day IF youve been healthy up til the end of the day u can have ONE for dessert?
