How to upload video files to cellphone without losing image quality?

Hi, I need help please, I wanna know how to upload video files from PC to my cellphone (Nokia E5) WITHOUT losing image quality and keeping the file small as possible? I will be very much thankful if someone plz recommend to me a good FREEWARE to convert files without losing picture quality?

    First of all after connecting your nokia phone to PC wid d hlp of PC suite, just drag the video file and drop to one of your cell phone folders (Where you want your file to be)..
    It will auto convert and configure the video file to the best quality for your phone..
    Cause if you are uploading it to cell phone, be prepared to loose some amount of quality..
    Hope it works..
