Teen weight loss (in circumstances), how do i do it?

Okay, well I just need help. It’s Summer and I wanted to lose a little weight before school started! Its almost the beginning of July, and I have til mid-August…I know I wont see anything fast, but I want to make sure Im on track. I have a free gym at my apartment, i just want to know what i should do as in exercise machines and what not? and also, my diet is poor. I don’t have very big choices on HEALTHY things to eat… how can you lose weight with a poor diet like this?! Pleasseee help! :/

    Exercise at least an hr a day and watch your calorie intake. if you watch your portion sizes on the items you eat, and make as many healthy choices as you can, you will succeede. Also low carb is very easy to follow and works quick with an active lifestyle.

    any exercise is good…try exercising for an hour each day n just dont eat alot

    eat lots of healthy cereals fruits veggies and yogurts and run 4 miles a day I promise you will see results within 3 weeks
