It is not how much you’re eating that is causing the fat gain — I believe it is WHAT you’re eating. The easy way to get slim and stay that way for life is to go vegetarian and stop backsliding by eating junk foods when you visit friends.

Look around you: The average person is overweight or obese. If you eat like the average person you meet, you will become like them. So, when you’re ready to stop being chubby like 2/3 of the people in this country, stop eating like they do.

You can become thin for life more easily NOW if you take this simple action and start eating a whole-foods, plant-based diet. The alternative is to slowly get chubbier over the years until you totally give in and say, "What’s the use, I’m going to give up fighting my weight!"

I got on a vegetarian diet when I was 20 and it set the pattern for my weight for life. I am now 61 and I weigh what I did when I was 20. Even more important, I have none of the health problems that plague most people my age.

I’m not bragging. I say this to let you know how important it is to be happy how your body looks. And to do that, the key is to eat real, whole foods, mostly from plant sources.

Sounds like you get plenty of exercise, so that leaves your diet as the cause of your chubbiness. Make sense to you? Stop eating the pizza, anything with refined carbohydrates(white flour, sugar, white rice), meat, burgers, chicken. Also, cut out milk products and especially cheese, which is about 86% fat!

My source is Dr. John McDougall and his link is below. He explains every detail. even offers free recipes to show you how much delicious variety is possible for vegetarian eating.

If you want it, there’s your answer.
