What sport would you recommend for a hyper teen?

Every year of my education,i played some sports.different,every year.I played tennis,basketball,voleyball,martial arts,swimming,dancing,hip-hop,belly-dancing…but all of that became boring to me,except volleyball.but I want to do some other sports,too.help!please :D

    gymnastics is great for hyper people because you get to run and flip and stuff but you need to train hard and have a lot of concentration. and it is a sport most people start at an early age but still! GOOD LUCK!

    Try some hockey. It’s a great aggressive and unwinding sport and you will be able to spend your energy while playing. You never get bored ’cause they’re always something going on. Being a goalie especially can help you being more focused.
